All orders under $35.00 will incur a $10.00 charge for shipping and handling costs. Orders $35.00 and greater ship for free.
Returns Policy
Should you decide that something that you purchased from us is just not what you wanted, and the package has not yet been opened, then feel free to send the item back to us within 30 days, freight prepaid, and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the item. Please make sure to include your order number, packing list or some other documentation identifying your order, or other proof of purchase, for us when you return your item.
If the item you wish to return has already been opened, and is still in new, sellable condition, then you can still return the goods within 30 days of its original purchase, as previously indicated, as long as you can send it to us freight prepaid in its original packaging.
In the unfortunate event that we sent you the wrong item, simply contact us so that we can send you a UPS return shipping label for you to return the item that is either in it original, unopened package or in its original, resalable packaging. Once we receive your item back, we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
If upon receipt of your purchase from us you determine that the item is damaged or if it breaks or otherwise stops working within the period of the warranty item for the goods, then please email us at orders@equitybrands.com for instructions on how we will get a replacement item to you.
Please expect to wait 4-6 weeks from the time that you send the item back to us for a refund or replacement. A defective item will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at our discretion. Replacement items are subject to product availability..
